Finance Code § 65.103","heading":"JOINT TENANCY ACCOUNT HELD BY HUSBAND AND WIFE.","body":"(a) A husband and wife may enter into a savings contract that creates a joint tenancy with right of survivorship with respect to community property deposited in a savings account and any future additions or dividends made or credited to the account.\n(b) An agreement under Subsection (a) must be in writing and subscribed to by the husband and wife but is not required to be acknowledged.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
