Finance Code § 66.053","heading":"ACCESS TO BOOKS AND RECORDS.","body":"The commissioner, a deputy commissioner, or an examiner or auditor of the commissioner shall be given free access to:\n(1) the books and records of an association;\n(2) the books and records of a subsidiary or savings and loan holding company of an association relating to the association's business; and\n(3) the books and records kept by an officer, agent, or employee of the association, subsidiary, or savings and loan holding company relating to the association's business.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
