Finance Code § 91.007","heading":"FEES.","body":"The finance commission by rule shall:\n(1) set the amount of fees the commissioner charges for:\n(A) supervision and examination of savings banks;\n(B) filing an application or other documents;\n(C) conducting a hearing; and\n(D) other services the commissioner performs; and\n(2) specify the time and manner of payment of the fees.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
