Finance Code § 92.059","heading":"JUDICIAL REVIEW.","body":"(a) An applicant may appeal a final order with the commissioner as defendant.\n(b) A party to the action may appeal the court's decision. The appeal is immediately returnable to the appellate court and has precedence over any cause of a different character pending in that court.\n(c) The commissioner is not required to give an appeal bond in a cause arising under this section.\n(d) Filing an appeal under this section does not stay an order of the commissioner.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
