Finance Code § 96.056","heading":"ACCESS TO BOOKS AND RECORDS.","body":"The commissioner, a deputy commissioner, or an examiner or auditor of the commissioner shall be given free access to:\n(1) the books and records of a savings bank or a subsidiary or holding company of a savings bank; and\n(2) the books and records relating to a savings bank's business kept by an officer, agent, or employee of the savings bank or the subsidiary or holding company of the savings bank.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
