Finance Code § 96.151","heading":"PLACEMENT OF SAVINGS BANK UNDER CONSERVATORSHIP.","body":"If the commissioner does not approve a plan to continue the operation of a savings bank under Section 96.108, the conservator shall continue to manage the affairs of the savings bank unless the temporary conservatorship order is modified or vacated:\n(1) by order of the commissioner; or\n(2) as a result of judicial review.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
