Finance Code § 96.302","heading":"REMOVAL OR REPLACEMENT OF LIQUIDATING AGENT.","body":"(a) The commissioner, with or without cause, may remove a liquidating agent and appoint another agent.\n(b) If a liquidating agent resigns, dies, or otherwise becomes unable to serve, the commissioner shall promptly appoint another agent.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
