Government Code § 1231.044","heading":"STATE AUDITOR REVIEW OF STATE SECURITY PROCEEDS; REPORT.","body":"(a) On the board's request, the state auditor shall review the disposition of state security proceeds.\n(b) The state auditor shall prepare a report of the review and file a copy of the report with:\n(1) the board;\n(2) the governor;\n(3) the lieutenant governor;\n(4) the speaker of the house of representatives;\n(5) the secretary of state; and\n(6) each member of the legislature.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
