Government Code § 1372.005","heading":"DELIVERY OF REQUIRED SUBMISSIONS TO BOARD; ISSUANCE OF RECEIPTS.","body":"(a) A submission required by this chapter must be delivered to the board at its Austin office during normal business hours.\n(b) The board shall:\n(1) note on the face of the document delivered the date and time of delivery; and\n(2) provide the submitting issuer with a receipt that:\n(A) describes the document delivered; and\n(B) states the date and time of delivery.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
