Government Code § 1401.043","heading":"REFINANCING CERTAIN OBLIGATIONS.","body":"(a) The proceeds of a bond issued under Section 1401.041(a), (b), (c)(1), or (d) may be used to refinance an existing obligation for a purpose described by those subsections.\n(b) The proceeds of a bond issued under Section 1401.041(c)(2) may be used to refinance an existing obligation for a purpose described by that subdivision.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
