Government Code § 1401.121","heading":"TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE MASTER PLAN.","body":"(a) Unless the Texas Department of Criminal Justice has submitted to the Bond Review Board a master plan for the construction of corrections facilities, the proceeds of bonds issued under this chapter may not be:\n(1) distributed to the department; or\n(2) used to finance a project of the correctional institutions division of the department.\n(b) The master plan must:\n(1) be in the form, contain the information, and cover the period prescribed by the Bond Review Board; and\n(2) be revised annually.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
