Government Code § 1433.103","heading":"PURCHASE OPTION.","body":"(a) An issuer may grant a lessee or ultimate lessee an option to purchase all or a part of an industrial project or medical project when all bonds of the issuer delivered to provide those facilities have been paid or provision has been made for their final payment, if, while the bonds or interest on the bonds remains unpaid, the lease rentals are paid in the manner required and when the rentals become due.\n(b) For purposes of this section, a payment is considered to be paid in the manner required and when it becomes due if no event of default is declared and the payment is made within 15 calendar days of the date it is scheduled to become due.\n(c) This section is the exclusive authority to convey or grant an option to purchase an industrial project or medical project.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
