Government Code § 1473.054","heading":"RENT.","body":"For each part of a building described by Section 1473.052(a) that is not used for a public purpose, the county shall charge and collect rent in an amount sufficient to:\n(1) pay all operating, maintenance, depreciation, replacement, improvement, and interest charges and expenses for the building; and\n(2) create an interest and sinking fund sufficient to pay any securities issued under this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
