Government Code § 1473.144","heading":"REFUNDING BONDS.","body":"(a) The commissioners court may issue bonds to refund outstanding bonds issued under this subchapter.\n(b) The refunding bonds may be issued in the manner provided by this subchapter for other bonds.\n(c) The refunding bonds may be issued to be exchanged by the comptroller or to be sold, with the bond proceeds applied to the payment of outstanding bonds.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
