Government Code § 1473.172","heading":"AUTHORITY FOR PUBLIC HEALTH ADMINISTRATION BUILDING.","body":"If the bonds were approved at an election ordered before April 27, 1965, the county alone or jointly with a municipality located in the county, may:\n(1) erect, maintain, expand, or repair a public health administration building; or\n(2) acquire a site or equipment for a public health administration building.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
