Government Code § 1473.174","heading":"COST SHARING AND INTEREST IN JOINT PROJECTS.","body":"A county and a municipality that jointly erect a public health administration building under this subchapter shall share the cost of, and shall each have an undivided interest in, the building:\n(1) as agreed by the governing bodies of the county and the municipality; and\n(2) as authorized by orders or ordinances adopted by the governing bodies of the county and the municipality.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
