Government Code § 1473.195","heading":"NOTICE OF ELECTION.","body":"(a) In addition to the notice required by Section 4.003(c), Election Code, notice of an election under this subchapter shall be given by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the county.\n(b) The notice must contain a substantial copy of the election order.\n(c) The notice must be published on the same day in each of two consecutive weeks.
