Government Code § 1474.103","heading":"FORM OF BONDS AND NOTES; SIGNATURES; REGISTRATION BY COUNTY CLERK.","body":"(a) Each bond or note issued under this chapter shall be issued in the name of the county.\n(b) A bond shall be designated \"__________ County Water Improvement Bond.\" A note shall be designated \"__________ County Water Improvement Note.\"\n(c) Each bond or note issued under this chapter must be:\n(1) signed by the county judge;\n(2) countersigned by the county clerk; and\n(3) registered by the county treasurer.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
