Government Code § 1477.071","heading":"EMINENT DOMAIN.","body":"(a) In exercising any power granted by this subchapter, a county may acquire real property and easements by the exercise of the power of eminent domain in accordance with Chapter 21, Property Code.\n(b) The commissioners court shall determine the amount and character of interest in real property and easements to be acquired by the exercise of the power of eminent domain.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
