Government Code § 1477.114","heading":"GAS RATES AND CHARGES.","body":"The commissioners court shall contract for and impose rates and charges for gas supplied by the natural gas system that will be sufficient to:\n(1) operate and maintain the system;\n(2) pay when due the principal of and interest on any bonds issued under this subchapter; and\n(3) establish any reserves provided for in the order authorizing the issuance of the bonds.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
