Government Code § 1477.206","heading":"OPERATION OF FIREFIGHTER TRAINING FACILITIES.","body":"(a) The commissioners court may:\n(1) operate and maintain the county's firefighter training facilities; and\n(2) set and collect charges for:\n(A) services performed at those facilities; and\n(B) information furnished to others by the use of those facilities.\n(b) The commissioners court shall pay the expenses of operating and maintaining the county's firefighter training facilities from:\n(1) charges collected under Subsection (a); and\n(2) any other available county funds.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
