Government Code § 1501.202","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"District property\" means water or sewer property owned by a water control and improvement district that a municipality can use as, or use as an improvement or extension of, the water and sewer system of the municipality.\n(2) \"Water board\" means a board of trustees or public service board.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
