Government Code § 1503.001","heading":"AUTHORITY TO ISSUE REVENUE BONDS.","body":"(a) A municipality by ordinance may issue revenue bonds to:\n(1) establish, improve, enlarge, extend, or repair:\n(A) an airport of the municipality; or\n(B) a building, improvement, landing field, or other facility or service the municipality considers necessary, desirable, or convenient for the efficient operation and maintenance of an airport; or\n(2) acquire land for an airport.\n(b) The municipality shall issue the bonds in the manner provided by Subchapter C.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
