Government Code § 1504.112","heading":"OFFENSE.","body":"(a) A chief executive officer of a municipality commits an offense if the chief executive officer fails to:\n(1) establish the system of records required by Section 1504.110 before the 91st day after the date the building or structure is completed; or\n(2) maintain the system of records required by Section 1504.110.\n(b) A superintendent or manager of a building or structure described by Section 1504.102 commits an offense if the superintendent or manager fails to file a report required by Section 1504.111.\n(c) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $1,000.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
