Government Code § 1505.074","heading":"REQUIRED PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED TO MUNICIPALITY.","body":"(a) A municipality shall be charged the reasonable cost or value of a service rendered to the municipality by a project.\n(b) The municipality shall pay the charges, as the service accrues, from:\n(1) current funds of the municipality; or\n(2) the proceeds of taxes imposed at a rate sufficient for that purpose.\n(c) Money received by the project under this section must be accounted for in the same manner as other revenue of the project.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
