Government Code § 1505.077","heading":"AUTHORITY FOR COUNTY APPROPRIATIONS.","body":"A county in which is located a municipality to which this chapter applies may:\n(1) appropriate any available revenue of the county to the municipality for use in:\n(A) constructing a bridge;\n(B) reclaiming or reconstructing submerged land; or\n(C) constructing seawall or breakwater protection for its waterfront; or\n(2) appropriate and apply any available revenue to the operation or maintenance of any such project.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
