Government Code § 1505.102","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Bridge or tunnel\" means a bridge over, or a tube, underpass, or tunnel under, any stream, inlet, or arm of the Gulf of Mexico or entrance channel to the deepwater port of a municipality that connects any public streets or thoroughfares of, in, or to the municipality.\n(2) \"Obligation\" means a bond, note, or warrant.\n(3) \"Project\" means:\n(A) a facility constructed, maintained, operated, extended, improved, or replaced by a municipality as described by Section 1505.103; and\n(B) land acquired or improved by a municipality as described by Section 1505.103.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
