Government Code § 1505.252","heading":"AUTHORITY FOR HARBOR, WHARF, AND DOCK FACILITIES.","body":"A municipality may purchase, condemn, construct, own, maintain, improve, repair, operate, or lease:\n(1) a wharf, pier, pavilion, dock, harbor, or boat basin; and\n(2) another facility associated with a facility listed in Subdivision (1) that the municipality considers advisable, including a ferry, marina, elevated platform, parking facility, restaurant, hotel, motel, club, or other commercial establishment or municipal building.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
