Government Code § 1509.154","heading":"BOND PAYMENTS FROM REVENUE OR TAXES.","body":"The governing body of the municipality may provide for payment of the principal of and interest on bonds issued under this subchapter by:\n(1) pledging all or part of the revenue from the ownership or operation of a garbage reclamation project;\n(2) imposing an ad valorem tax; or\n(3) combining those sources.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
