Government Code § 155.151","heading":"REGISTRATION OF GUARDIANSHIPS.","body":"(a) The supreme court, after consulting with the office and the commission, shall by rule establish a mandatory registration program for guardianships under which all guardianships in this state shall be required to register with the commission.\n(b) In establishing rules under this section, the supreme court shall ensure courts with jurisdiction over a guardianship immediately notify the commission of the removal of a guardian.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 313 (S.B. 1096), Sec. 11, eff.
