Government Code § 2001.057","heading":"CONTINUANCES.","body":"(a) A state agency may continue a hearing in a contested case from time to time and from place to place.\n(b) The notice of the hearing must indicate the times and places at which the hearing may be continued.\n(c) If a hearing is not concluded on the day it begins, a state agency shall, to the extent possible, proceed with the hearing on each subsequent working day until the hearing is concluded.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
