Government Code § 2001.060","heading":"RECORD.","body":"The record in a contested case includes:\n(1) each pleading, motion, and intermediate ruling;\n(2) evidence received or considered;\n(3) a statement of matters officially noticed;\n(4) questions and offers of proof, objections, and rulings on them;\n(5) proposed findings and exceptions;\n(6) each decision, opinion, or report by the officer presiding at the hearing; and\n(7) all staff memoranda or data submitted to or considered by the hearing officer or members of the agency who are involved in making the decision.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
