Government Code § 2002.011","heading":"TEXAS REGISTER.","body":"The secretary of state shall compile, index, cross-index to statute, and publish a publication to be known as the Texas Register. The register shall contain:\n(1) notices of proposed rules issued and filed in the office of the secretary of state as provided by Subchapter B of Chapter 2001;\n(2) the text of rules adopted and filed in the office of the secretary of state;\n(3) notices of open meetings issued and filed in the office of the secretary of state as provided by law;\n(4) executive orders issued by the governor;\n(5) summaries of requests for opinions of the attorney general and of the Texas Ethics Commission;\n(6) summaries of opinions of the attorney general and of the Texas Ethics Commission;\n(7) guidelines prepared by the attorney general under Section 2007.041;\n(8) notices relating to the preparation of takings impact assessments as provided by Section 2007.043; and\n(9) other information of general interest to the public of this state, including:\n(A) federal legislation or regulations affecting the state or a state agency; and\n(B) state agency organizational and personnel changes.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
