Government Code § 2003.103","heading":"TIMELINESS OF HEARINGS.","body":"(a) The office shall conduct all hearings under this subchapter in a timely manner.\n(b) The office shall use every reasonable means to expedite a case under this subchapter when the comptroller requests that the office expedite the case.\n(c) This section is not intended to impair the independence of the office in conducting a hearing under this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 354 (S.B. 242), Sec. 3, eff.
