Government Code § 2051.101","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Geospatial data product\" means a document, computer file, or Internet website that contains:\n(A) geospatial data;\n(B) a map; or\n(C) information about a service involving geospatial data or a map.\n(2) \"Governmental entity\" has the meaning assigned by Section 2051.041.\n(3) \"Registered professional land surveyor\" has the meaning assigned by Section 1071.002, Occupations Code.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 127 (H.B. 1147), Sec. 1, eff.
