Government Code § 2051.103","heading":"EXEMPTION.","body":"A governmental entity is not required to include the notice required under Section 2051.102 on a geospatial data product that:\n(1) does not contain a legal description, a property boundary monument, or the distance and direction of a property line;\n(2) is prepared only for use as evidence in a legal proceeding;\n(3) is filed with the clerk of any court; or\n(4) is filed with the county clerk.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 127 (H.B. 1147), Sec. 1, eff.
