Government Code § 2052.302","heading":"PROHIBITION OF ECONOMIC BENEFIT.","body":"(a) In accordance with Article XVI, Section 21, of the Texas Constitution, an officer or employee of the state may not, directly or indirectly, profit by or have a pecuniary interest in the preparation, printing, duplication, or sale of a publication or other printed matter issued by a department or agency of the executive branch.\n(b) A person who violates this section shall be dismissed from state employment.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
