Government Code § 2052.303","heading":"USE OF RECYCLED PAPER.","body":"(a) A state agency that issues publications, including reports, for general distribution, including distribution to members of the legislature, shall use recycled paper to produce the publications to the greatest extent possible when the use of recycled paper is cost-effective.\n(b) In this section, \"state agency\" means:\n(1) a department, commission, board, office, or other agency that is in the executive branch of state government and that was created by the constitution or a statute of this state;\n(2) a university system or institution of higher education as defined by Section 61.003, Education Code; or\n(3) the supreme court, the court of criminal appeals, a court of appeals, or the Texas Judicial Council.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
