Government Code § 2054.007","heading":"EXCEPTION: STATE LOTTERY OPERATIONS.","body":"(a) The lottery program of the Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation is not subject to the planning and procurement requirements of this chapter.\n(b) The electronic funds transfer system for the operation of the state lottery is not included in the information resources deployment review or the biennial operating plan of the comptroller. Operations of the comptroller that relate to the state lottery are not subject to the planning and procurement requirements of this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
