Government Code § 2054.011","heading":"STATEWIDE NETWORK APPLICATIONS ACCOUNT.","body":"(a) The statewide network applications account is established in the general revenue fund.\n(b) Amounts credited to the statewide network applications account may be appropriated only for the purchase, improvement, or maintenance of information resources, information resources technologies or applications, or related services or items for use by a network of state agencies that may include agencies in the legislative branch of state government.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 5.27(a), eff.
