Government Code § 2054.023","heading":"COMPENSATION; EXPENSES.","body":"(a) A member of the board may not receive compensation for services as a board member.\n(b) A member is entitled to reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the performance of those services, subject to any applicable limitation on reimbursement provided by the General Appropriations Act.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1074 (H.B. 1500), Sec. 28(3), eff.
