Government Code § 2054.0691","heading":"DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION GUIDE.","body":"(a) The department shall establish a digital transformation guide to assist state agencies with:\n(1) modernizing agency operations and services with respect to electronic data; and\n(2) converting agency information into electronic data.\n(b) The department may provide:\n(1) mobile application development assistance;\n(2) paper document and form inventory assistance;\n(3) paperless or paper-on-request operational process planning and development; and\n(4) electronic notification and digital communication between the agency and the public.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 604 (S.B. 819), Sec. 2, eff.
