Government Code § 2054.112","heading":"SECURITY REVIEW FOR NEW INTERNET SITES.","body":"Each state agency shall review its requirements for forms, data collection, and notarization when planning to deliver a service through the Internet to determine if the information is necessary and, if necessary, the appropriate level of authentication. Based on this review, the agency shall:\n(1) eliminate any unnecessary requirements; and\n(2) adjust security to the appropriate level for any necessary requirements.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 342, Sec. 5, eff.
