Government Code § 2054.153","heading":"DEPARTMENT GUIDELINES.","body":"(a) The department by rule shall establish guidelines for project management practices that take into account varying levels of project size and complexity.\n(b) In developing the guidelines, the department shall:\n(1) consult with state agencies; and\n(2) accommodate existing project management practices of state agencies.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 606, Sec. 19, eff.
