Government Code § 2054.157","heading":"OVERSIGHT BY DEPARTMENT.","body":"(a) The department may make formal recommendations to a state agency regarding the agency's need to develop, implement, or improve its project management practices.\n(b) The department shall report on state agencies' progress in developing and implementing project management practices as part of the department's biennial performance report.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 606, Sec. 19, eff.
