Government Code § 2054.272","heading":"BUSINESS PERMITS AND LICENSES INTERNET PORTAL.","body":"(a) A state agency that has jurisdiction over matters related to occupational licenses, including a licensing entity of this state, shall develop in cooperation with the department a link through the state electronic Internet portal.\n(b) The link shall provide streamlined access to each occupational license listed on the state electronic Internet portal.\n(c) The department may not charge a fee to implement this section.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 672 (S.B. 96), Sec. 2, eff.
