Government Code § 2054.352","heading":"APPLICABILITY.","body":"(a) The following licensing entities shall participate in the system established under Section 2054.353:\n(1) Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners;\n(2) Judicial Branch Certification Commission;\n(3) State Board of Dental Examiners;\n(4) Texas Funeral Service Commission;\n(5) Texas Medical Board;\n(6) Texas Board of Nursing;\n(7) Texas Optometry Board;\n(8) Department of Agriculture, for licenses issued under Chapter 1951, Occupations Code;\n(9) Texas State Board of Pharmacy;\n(10) Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners;\n(11) Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners;\n(12) Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council;\n(13) State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners;\n(14) Texas Real Estate Commission;\n(15) Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board;\n(16) Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation;\n(17) Texas State Board of Public Accountancy;\n(18) State Board for Educator Certification;\n(19) Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors;\n(20) Health and Human Services Commission;\n(21) Texas Board of Architectural Examiners;\n(22) Texas Racing Commission;\n(23) Texas Commission on Law Enforcement; and\n(24) Texas Private Security Board.\n(b) The department may add additional agencies as system capabilities are developed.\n(c) A licensing entity other than an entity listed by Subsection (a) may participate in the system established under Section 2054.353, subject to the approval of the department.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 353, Sec. 1, eff.
