Government Code § 2054.378","heading":"SCOPE OF OPERATION OF CENTERS.","body":"(a) The department may operate statewide technology centers to provide participating eligible entities, on a cost-sharing basis, services relating to:\n(1) information resources and information resources technology; and\n(2) the deployment, development, and maintenance of software applications.\n(b) The department may operate a statewide technology center directly or contract with another person to operate the center.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1068 (H.B. 1516), Sec. 1.07, eff.
