Government Code § 2054.390","heading":"MIGRATION OF SERVICES.","body":"(a) The department shall prioritize the migration of services to the statewide technology center system established under this subchapter based on the size of the current technology center operational environment at a state agency, with the largest 25 technology center environments ranking highest in priority.\n(b) Expired.\n(c) A state agency shall comply with the department's request to migrate under this section.\n(d) Any consolidation plan adopted by the department to execute this section must prioritize and fully use the existing capacity of the State Data Center located on the campus of Angelo State University.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1068 (H.B. 1516), Sec. 1.07, eff.
