Government Code § 2054.521","heading":"MAJOR OUTSOURCED CONTRACT DEFINED; RULE.","body":"The board by rule shall define what constitutes a major outsourced contract with regard to contracts the department executes with entities other than this state or a political subdivision of this state. The definition must include as a major outsourced contract:\n(1) outsourced contracts entered into under Subchapter I and Subchapter L of this chapter or Chapter 2170; and\n(2) contracts that exceed a monetary threshold, other than those described by Subdivision (1).\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 48 (H.B. 2472), Sec. 13, eff.
